The Latino Church of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem includes a patriarchal prosecution in Jordan, including churches, monasteries, schools and hospitals, the American University of Madaba, a number of charitable associations, most notably the Jordanian Caritas founded 55 years ago, the Papal Mission for Palestine and the Association of Apostles.

Then, there is a Roman Catholic Church headed by the Archbishop of Petra, Philadelphia and the rest of eastern Jordan, which belongs to the Royal Roman Catholic Patriarch of Lebanon. There is also the Maronite Church of the Maronite Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the Syriac Catholic Patriarchate in Lebanon, the Armenian Catholic Church of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate of Lebanon and the Chaldean Catholic Church of the Chaldean Patriarchate of Iraq.
